To operate the United Valuta ecosystem and comply with identity-verification (KYC) requirements, we may collect information including your email address, government-issued identification, a selfie image for verification, country of residence, device and usage information, and, where you choose to voluntarily support the project, payment information processed by our payment provider.

We use collected information to verify your identity, operate and secure the United Valuta application, detect and prevent fraud and abusive account behaviour, communicate with you about your account, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. How we share your information

We use third-party infrastructure providers to operate United Valuta, including a backend and database provider (Supabase) and a payment processor (Stripe) for voluntary support contributions. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and resolve disputes.
